Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for feasibility, concept, FEED, and detailed engineering stages
• Review and analyze scope of work, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents
• Develop and maintain cost models, Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS), and estimate worksheets
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs using drawings, benchmarks, and historical cost data
• Identify and document assumptions, risks, exclusions, and contingencies
• Support tender submissions, bid clarifications, and internal cost reviews
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to validate inputs and optimize cost efficiency

Skills & Qualifications
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in estimating, cost planning, or project cost control
• Strong understanding of engineering and construction processes
• Advanced Excel skills (cost modeling, data analysis, reporting)
• Ability to independently interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
• Good technical English with the ability to collaborate effectively with Australian teams
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under tight deadline.
