Customer Service Ambassador (Automotive Industry)

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a professional and approachable Customer Service Ambassador to provide exceptional front-line support within the automotive environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience while supporting operational and payment processes.

1. Phone & Front Counter Support

  • Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Address customer enquiries or direct to relevant departments
  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers

2. Customer Registration

  • Manage appointment and walk-in registrations
  • Accurately record customer information in the system
  • Guide customers through the service process

3. Email Management

  • Monitor and respond to workshop emails
  • Ensure timely replies to enquiries and service-related requests
  • Escalate matters when required

4. Mobile App Enquiries

  • Act as the main contact for customer enquiries received via service mobile applications
  • Provide accurate and timely responses

5. Payment Processing

  • Collect and process payments accurately
  • Key transactions into the system
  • Prepare documents for settlement submission
  • Ensure proper reconciliation in accordance with procedures

6. Voucher Management

  • Track, issue, and manage redemption of customer dining and referral vouchers
  • Maintain accurate records

7. Letter of Undertaking (LOU) Preparation

  • Prepare and issue LOUs for insurance or repair-related processes

8. Procurement & Inventory (Ad Hoc)

  • Monitor and replenish operational supplies (e.g., carpark tickets, key tags, payment rolls)
  • Ensure adequate stock levels to support daily operations

9. Other Duties

  • Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of customer service, retail, or front-facing hospitality experience
  • Minimum GCE O/N Level, Diploma, or equivalent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Alternate Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
(Overtime required when necessary)
