Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Brand & Campaign Management
•  Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including product marketing, tactical offers, test-drive campaigns, and showroom events.
•  Coordinate Aftersales marketing initiatives such as service packages, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and customer retention activities.
•  Ensure alignment of all marketing materials with brand guidelines and messaging.

Content, Creative & Collaterals
•  Develop and manage marketing collaterals including brochures, posters, showroom materials, merchandising, and digital assets.
•  Work closely with creative agencies or in-house designers to deliver quality content on time.
•  Assist in creating content for social media, CRM communications, and digital channels (working with the Digital team if applicable).

Event & Activation Support
•  Plan and manage roadshows, showroom activations, customer events, handover experiences, and product showcase activities.
•  Support launch events, and dealer-level campaigns models.
•  Coordinate logistics, vendor management, event setup, and post-event reporting.

Aftersales Marketing & Customer Retention
•  Support service marketing promotions, maintenance campaigns, and customer lifetime value initiatives.
•  Work with the Aftersales team to identify communication needs, customer pain points, and service opportunities.
•  Develop communication materials for service reminders, customer touchpoints, and retention programs.

Lead Management & Sales Coordination
•  Support lead-generation activities and ensure seamless workflow between marketing campaigns and Sales team.
•  Track, update, and report marketing-generated leads and conversions.
•  Monitor customer feedback and insights to support marketing improvements.

Budget, Reporting & Vendor Management
•  Manage marketing budgets for assigned campaigns or projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
•  Maintain and track invoices, quotations, and vendor agreements.
•  Prepare regular campaign performance reports, competitor updates, and marketing analytics.

Requirements:

  • Deg with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury industries preferred. 
  • Good Microsoft office applications knowledge i.e., MS PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM strategies and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics).
  • Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Good initiative and follow through.
  • Good planning and organizing skills.
  • Resistant to stress. Self motivated and results oriented.
  • Proven good judgment in high pressure situations; an ability to remain calm and logical.
