Job Summary

As Senior Manager, this position leads an IE team to take in charge of Capacity planning, HC planning, Space layout & planning, Capital management (budgeting, investment, post tracking), MFG. KPI management and drive the Lean Operations; improve the cross functional communication efficiencies by driving standardizations (modeling, formatting, database, etc…).

Responsibilities:

• In Charge of CapEx Management incl. budgeting, Capital investment review, post investment tracking

• Lead Capacity Planning & improvement

• Lead the capital avoidance & cost reductions

• Standardize IE modeling and develop the centralized database

• MFG. KPI management @ factory level, develop the meaningful dashboard

• Lead the Lean. MFG. and continuous improvement to drive BIC (Best In Class)

• Support the Intelligent MFG. and Operation Automation

• Support new factory construction, startup and Capacity Ramping

• Support the Cost modeling standardization

• Lead the IE team to success

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field; advanced degree (MBA/MS) a plus.

• Must be a qualified team leader with at least 5 years team leader experience.

• More than 10 years in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role , Semiconductor industry background is a must, Fab or Advanced A&T preferred.

• Mastery in Capacity Planning, Space layout& Planning, CapEx Management, Lean Manufacturing.

• Leadership: Demonstrated success in integrating teams and leading cross-functional initiatives. Strong people management and influence skills, Result orientation.

• Strong project management experience

• Proven Skill & ability in:

1. Capacity modeling & Planning.

2. Capital budgeting, investment review, and cost avoidance.

3. Space layout (incl. Drawing skill) & Planning

4. Driving standardization (processes, models, databases) .

5. Manufacturing KPI management and dashboard development.
