Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with GIA reporting and insurance claim documentation

  • Prepare repair quotations and necessary documentation

  • Coordinate with insurance companies to arrange surveyor assessments and obtain repair approvals

  • Arrange rental vehicles for customers when required

  • Track parts availability and monitor the progress of repair works

  • Process reimbursement claims such as loss-of-use or rental vehicle claims

  • Review and finalize invoices and prepare discharge vouchers

  • Follow up with insurers on outstanding payments, surveyor appointments, and claim matters

  • Liaise with independent service providers on claim-related activities

  • Prepare monthly administrative reports

  • Support Customer Service Advisors and reception by handling incoming calls professionally

Requirements

  • 1-Year Contract with full benefits and 1-Month Completion Bonus

  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualification

  • At least 2 years of experience in insurance claims submission and/or related administrative work

  • Familiarity working with insurance surveyors and insurers will be an advantage

  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Hours

  • Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm

  • Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $2,600 – $2,800
