Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, plan, implement, and monitor site construction activities and progress in accordance with the approved master programme and detailed work schedules.
• Liaise with the Professional Engineer (PE) and consultants (QPS) on temporary works and technical matters, and coordinate site activities with subcontractors.
• Assist in identifying, handling, and resolving technical and engineering issues arising on site.
• Provide guidance to supervisors and foremen to ensure construction works are carried out safely and progress according to schedule.
• Maintain required quality standards, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and assist in the submission of reports, method statements, and related site documentation as required.
• Manage and control site workers, ensuring a safe, orderly, and compliant work environment.
• Closely supervise ongoing site activities to ensure progress, safety, and quality compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Able to read and interpret construction and technical drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills with supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants
• Familiar with site safety and quality requirements
